Description
Food for nesting birds feeding chicks.
We put chickens on this diet during the first 1-3 months after they’ve finished feeding the chicks (3 months for larger species, 1 month for smaller species).
High Energy Breeder will provide these young birds with additional protein, calcium and vitamin D3 that they need in order to grow at this time.
High Energy Breeder will help restore weight lost during the hatching time.
Mix 1/3 High Energy Breeder with 2/3 Maintenance for birds with a higher calcium demand or those starting a Roudybush diet.
Do not administer additional vitamin or mineral supplements. Fresh fruits and vegetables can be treated as a small part of the diet.
Suitable for Large Macaws and Large Cockatoos.
