Description
Feeding suggestions
To maximize nutritional value, instead of baking with edible oil, we suggest the use of AVIX Sunshine Factor (certified eco-friendly palm oil).
Do not bake in non-stick vessels (PTFE-coated) due to the risk vapors toxic for birds.
To prepare:
1 bag Harrison`s Bird Bread Mix
2 whole organic eggs (without shells)
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon 15ml organic palm oil or other organic vegetable oil
Tips
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (177 ° C).
Put the contents of the bag into a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add 2 eggs (remove yolk for less fat)
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of ecological palm oil or other high quality ecological vegetable oil
1 cup (235 ml) of water.
Mix thoroughly and pour into bread or muffin molds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serving suggestions
It can consist of up to 30% of a daily diet.
In the case of preparation with the addition of fruit, vegetables or nuts, the bread should be treated as a reward and served only in limited quantities (no more than 10% of the daily diet combined with all other treats).
Can be served warm.
Storage and durability
Since Bird Bread Mix does not contain any preservatives, we recommend caution when storing.
After opening the bag, we recommend using within 4-6 weeks.
The final product can be stored for one week in a refrigerator or for a year in the freezer (after baking).
The product should divided into portions, wrapped in foil and should be stored in the freezer in the original bag.
Do not reheat.
The bird bread should not be reheated in a plastic container.
